Meditation Workshops

 

This plays a very important part in my life and is vital for every good medium to do. This stills the mind and only when the mind is still, peace can be achieved. Using meditation on a daily basis has helped me become less stressed, more spiritual and far more patient. The world would be a far more peaceful place if everybody meditated.

I have learnt a lot from my local Kadampa Buddhist meditation Centre called Madhyamaka. While there I have learn't about subjects like Mindfulness, Death, Compassion, Anger, Attachments, Concentration and of course Meditation.

Meditation is not just about sitting in a quiet room and closing your eyes, it is about living in the world with all its distractions, loud noises and potentially annoying incidents and going with the flow. Once you find this flow then you start to need less, be far more patient, be more kind and compassionate towards all living things. 

I sit regularly in the power each day as well as doing Buddhist meditations each day to bring peace and tranquility to my life and develop my link to Spirit.
