Usui Reiki

As well as being a musician I am also a Reiki Master.  As well as giving treatments, I also offer training courses.  Currently all my courses are done on a one-to-one basis, as I think the student benifits more from it being taught in this way.

 

Meditation

This is something I do everyday, it is a practice that I love & enjoy.  Find out about workshops, taster sessions I can offer, as well as some CD's I have brought out that focus on meditation.
